Welcome to Leodis Care Limited

An NHS Limited company comprising shareholders within the NHS family. Leodis Care Limited was established on 3rd December 2007 and it's strategic intentions are as follows:

• To respond to both National and Leeds strategic commissioning intentions to provide more services which are more accessible to patients. As a result, Leodis Care Limited is providing the following services this year, from selected practice locations e.g. diabetes clinics, dermatology clinics, ENT clinics, minor surgery clinics and enhanced care to nursing and residential homes for the elderly.
  
• To work in partnership with other health care organisations to ensure care is integrated and consistent with citywide agreed clinical pathways and guidelines. This includes a national bid for integrated care demonstrator status for older people.
  
• To develop an enhanced service for member practices to allow a more systematic and proactive management of patients with long term conditions.
  
• To support general practice in meeting the challenges of a competitive primary care market.
  
• Provide high quality clinical care through continuous learning, innovation and improvement.
  
• Create, develop and maintain beneficial partnerships with other health, social care and voluntary organisations within our local communities. 

The focus of these services initially is for the registered population of our member practices, but we fully expect to extend these services across Leeds.
